General Legal Info
This page contains information relevant to the legal requirements of Grande Hills Estates.

All homeowners should be aware of the restrictive covenants of the subdivision.

When Grande Hills Estates was developed in 1984, Covenants, Deed Restrictions, and Obligations were filed with St. Tammany Parish.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established to maintain the quality and desirability of Grande Hills Estates. All improvements on the lots were then and are now to be constructed with strict adherence to the covenants, and hereafter maintained by the owner in a clean, safe, and attractive condition and in good repair.

All members of the ACC committee and the Grande Hills Estates Board are volunteers. Our goal is to continue to maintain Grande Hills as a quality subdivision. The cooperation and assistance of all residents are requested.

By approval of the membership, Section 4.3.1 of the Rules and Regulations has been changed to read: "No single family residence shall be constructed with a living area less than 2000 square feet, heated/cooled living area, exclusive of open porches and garages. Effective on approved submitted plans to GHACC on or after May 1, 2015."
